STRESS: When pressure is exerted on an object to the point that it breaks.
Pressure > Capacity
Bad news: The pressure is not going anywhere.
Good news: God enables us to increase capacity.

When we don’t know WHO WE ARE, we try to live out the story that others write for you. PEER PRESSURE
Those who live in peace, know WHO THEY ARE!
