RESILIENCE -
(1) the capacity to recover quickly from difficulty.

There are four types of basic resilience, social, emotional, mental, and physical.
Social resilience - How do we get back up after falling from a social calamity?
Emotional resilience - How do we get back up after falling from an emotional calamity?
Mental resilience - How do we get back up after falling in a mental calamity?
Physical resilience - How do we get back up after a physical calamity?
