Parkerville Baptist Church
Family Ties - God shapes us through community.
Rowan says, “My 7 years at Parkerville Baptist as a Pastor has given many opportunities to learn and grow. A big part of that is because God put me in a position where I’ve had to! The things I have learnt about myself, God, life and ministry come down to 3 things; 1 - my willingness/openness to be taught by others, 2 - learning from weaknesses/mistakes, and 3 - praying with/for others. The importance of having a supportive group of people (church family and friends) around me is a testimony to the things that God has achieved through me during this time. Hopefully by reflecting on some of these things, everyone might be able to think about themselves and the way God grows and shapes his people in community with others.”
