Our heart is one of the most important organs in our body. Without it we would die. Heart health is of the utmost important in order for us to be productive members of society that are assets and not liabilities to the cities, countries, and communities we live in. Would you not agree? The same goes for our spiritual heart health. If our hearts are full of disease (anger, bitterness, resentment, etc...) and our arteries are full of plaque (sins of the flesh, selfish living, etc...) we won't have the energy and stamina to be powerful sons and daughters of God that can make an impact on this world. Today Pastor Allen shares four strongholds that will affect our heart health and how we can overcome them.
