There are many opportunities available and we are eager to help you find one that fits your unique personality, gifts, and abilities. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families in our community. To register as a volunteer go to HitTheRiver.com/Events. If you would like to contribute financially you can go to HitTheRiver.com/give and select SHP from the drop down box or write SHP on your check memo line.

On Saturday, August 13 at 11:00am we will be resetting the stage. The design involves wood, and carpentry skills are needed. If you are able to assist, please contact Mystique@hittheriver.com.

We will be starting an Empty Nester Couples Group, Senior Adult Group, and Veteran’s Group. If you are interested in possibly joining, know others to invite or have questions please email Leslie Stone, at leslie@hittheriver.com.

The River Church is planning a future recognition and event for all our Veterans. If you have served or are currently serving in any of our Armed Services and are not in our Veterans group list, please email Leslie@hittheriver.com and she will add you. Thank you for your service!

Starting in September, we will be offering two different options for womens bible study. There will be a Tuesday evening class from 6:30 -8:30 p.m. and a Friday afternoon class from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. please go to our website to read more about these studies and to sign up!
