What will you give to Jesus?
1. The Victor’s Crown – A life focused on eternal things not the temporal. A disciplined life of serving God with a narrow focus on things of eternal value (cf. 1 Cor. 9:25-27).
2. The Crown of Rejoicing – A life focused on bringing others to faith in Christ (cf. 1 Thessalonians 2:19). Sometimes called the “Soul-Winner’s Crown.”
3. The Crown of Righteousness – A life focused on the anticipation of Christ’s return (cf. 2 Timothy 4:8).
4. The Crown of Glory – A life focused on faithful service in ministry (cf. 1 Peter 5:4). Sometimes called “The Pastor’s Crown,” but not limited to pastors, it is for anyone who answers the call to ministry leadership.
5. The Crown of Life – A life that was given in faithful obedience through persecution (cf. James 1:12; Revelation 2:10). Sometimes called the “Martyr’s Crown,” but not limited to martyr’s, it is for anyone who has suffered, endured, persevered, and encouraged others to remain faithful.
One Last Thought: I want our lampstand to shine bright in our community. May we crown Him with many crowns. #Revelation
