Does God answer prayer?
This question is complicated. Because when you ask this question, you might really be asking either of these questions:
1. If you’re struggling with faith: Is there really a God who answers prayer?
2. If you have faith but are struggling with God: Why isn’t God answering my prayer?
If you believe what Jesus did, then you can believe what He said.

Too often, instead of trusting God, we suspect He doesn’t care.
1. Pray with audacity!

“It is okay to be bold. Be shameless. Be persistent! Be audacious!”
Jesus is saying, “Keep asking! Keep seeking! Keep knocking! Don’t stop!”
What do you need to pray more boldly about?

“How much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” Luke 11:13
The Holy Spirit can help us trust God to do good!

Jesus is telling Martha, “Stop. Listen. Be at peace. Making everything perfect isn’t what pleases Him.” He is saying, “Listen to Me and trust Me.” That is what matters most.
“We pray boldly for what we want. And when God doesn’t answer our prayers the way we want, that’s when we get really excited!”
My friend trusted Jesus so completely that NOTHING could shake his faith that God (his heavenly daddy) was going to answer his prayer with something wonderful!
So, does God answer prayer? Absolutely. Do we need to pray? Absolutely. And remember this, even if you don’t like every answer, every answer is good because God is good and He loves you!
