Jesus is the light that shines in the darkness.
The light of Jesus that shines on us and gives us spiritual life has the power to overcome the darkness in the world, in our past, and the darkness that is present in our hearts.
Jesus is the light that shines in the darkness.

Jesus is the horn of salvation raised up from the house of David!
Stepping into the light after being in darkness is painful.
Being exposed to the light saves us from the shadow of death.
