Why Are So Many Christians Hypocrites?
Scandals involving hypocrisy have left a bad mark on the integrity of the Church. Living with integrity is paramount in our witness to Christ. Everyone is a hypocrite in one way or another, but rather than hiding this, we must confess it and repent of it.

You get the idea. You profess one thing and live another.
A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart. Proverbs 21:2
God knows our intentions AND our actions ... even when we are blind.

We all lie and we are all hypocrites. But that does NOT change God’s faithfulness. God’s faithfulness is that HE loves sinful, broken, hypocritical people so much that He sent HIS only Son to save us.
The hope that Jesus offers is NOT forgiveness and salvation because we stop being hypocrites. The hope that Jesus offers is that even though we struggle with hypocrisy every single day, God’s faithfulness has NOT changed. Jesus has paid the price for our hypocrisy and given us forgiveness.
