We are a Filipino Born-Again Full Gospel Christian Church here in Singapore, registered under the name Jesus Our Shepherd Fellowship International.

We came from different parts of the Philippines but we are united in serving the Lord and to seek, lead our fellow Filipinos into a life-changing relationship with Jesus.

We conduct our Sunday Worship Service at YMCA Singapore Level 4 Function Room 2, 1 Orchard Rd, Singapore 238824 at 2:30 PM.

Who wrote the Book of Romans?
•Paul (Romans 1:1)
•The writing style, vocabulary and content has the same pattern with other Epistles of Paul.
•Early church fathers agreed that Paul was the author
•Tertius wrote the words for Paul as he dictates (Rom 16:22)
•Romans was the 6th of 13 Epistles. Placed as 1st in the order because of it’s importance.

Period it was written?
•56-58 A.D.
•Written during Paul’s 3rd missionary trip (See: 2 Cor 12:14, 2 Cor 13:1),
•As it is being written, Paul was about to proceed to Jerusalem with offerings “for the poor saints at Jerusalem”.

Where it was written?
•A place called Corinth
•Paul was staying at the house of Gaius (Rom 16:23)
•(Rom 16:23) also says that Erastus was “the chamberlain (treasurer) of the city” where Paul was staying. Erastus was the treasurer of Corinth (2 Tim 4:20).
•Phoebe, who likely brought Paul’s letter to Rome, was “a deaconess” of the church at Cenchrea (Rom 16:1-2).
•Two of the men who were with Paul when he wrote this letter at Corinth, Timothy and Sosipater (Rom 16:21).
