What’s the Fix?
You must us the exercise of forgiveness to release the tension you have with others.
It’s easy to get hurt and stay stiff in your resolve to hold anger against another,
But this doesn’t bring the healing and release of tension you need.

In our relationships we don’t like to confess when we are wrong, there is an internal tension
that we carry because of our strained relationships.

Dealing with tension both externally & internally has the power to pull our attention
downward.
We will face external and internal tensions, but don’t forget the blessing of the Verti-
cal tension we can have as we bring God into the tensions of life.
