North Platte Berean Church
God’s Provision
How do we love those who are sometimes the hardest to love? Mother’s Day can be such an amazing day to honor those who have loved us our whole lives and then some, but for some, it can be a day mixed with hard emotions. Today, we will be looking at how to honor our mothers and the role we can play as a church community!

Talk It Over
Visit npberean.org/grow-groups for more resources or to connect.
• Treasuring God: Where have you seen God provide or fill in the “gaps” in your life? What does this reveal about who God is? How could you help yourself remember that truth about God?
• Being Transformed: What gifts/resources has God blessed you with that you could help/ encourage others with? How could you take a step toward using those gifts/resources?
• Loving Others: What is a step you could take to honor your mom or mother figure(s) in your life this week?
• Pursuing Unity: Where could you take some intentional time to invest in a special way this week (e.g. in your family, church family, community)? What will that look like practically?

Next Week's Sermon
As the school year wraps up and graduation season is upon us, our thoughts often turn to the future. What are our plans, our hopes, our dreams? How can we have a happy and successful life? And how can we develop the strength we'll need to weather the difficulties that are sure to come our way, too? Using the images of a tree and chaff, Psalm 1 helps us consider the paths before us and choose the way to true happiness.
