If you're going to grow a garden, the condition of the soil is really important. You can have the best seed, plenty of sunshine, and the perfect amount of rain. But if you don’t have good soil, you won’t have a good garden. According to Jesus, this same principle applies to the human heart. If we’re going to respond the right way to God’s Word, we need to pay attention to the condition of our hearts. This sermon focuses on what the Parable of the Sower teaches about having a heart that is ready to respond to Jesus.
