Live with Urgency: Consider conflict as an opportunity to bring out of isolation the pressing issues that are affecting the harmony of your relationships. Conflict is seen as grounds to end a marriage, rather than an opportunity to grow closer to each other and to God. Conflict is seen as permission to ghost a friend or even quit a job. But in all of these relationships conflict is an opportunity to grow in intimacy and trust.

Be the Example: There is no shortcut to intimacy, but there is a direct path to intimacy. It’s the path where we pursue one another when there is conflict, division, or even distance in a relationship.
