MONDAY: Empowering the Marginalized
Reading: Proverbs 31:8-9
Prayer: Dear Lord, You have called me to speak up and advocate for the marginalized. Help me to be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem. Forgive me for inaction and silence when You've longed for me to speak on behalf of those who have no voice. Fill me with Your Spirit today that I might boldly speak.

TUESDAY: Empowering the Marginalized
Reading: Job 5:15-16
Prayer: Lord Jesus, You call us to be instruments of justice and peace as You have shown. Countless times, You saved those who could not rescue themselves. You work justice for the oppressed. Help me to follow Your lead and be a conduit of hope to those who have faced the injustices of our world.

WEDNESDAY: Empowering the Marginalized
Reading: Psalm 41:1
Prayer: Jesus, Your Word declares that "blessed" are those who embrace and love the marginalized. Thank You for rescuing me in times of trouble, and may I be a source of strength, by Your power, to those who are weak and vulnerable in our community.

THURSDAY: Empowering the Marginalized
Reading: Jeremiah 22:3
Prayer: Lord, You have called me to what is right and just. Sometimes I struggle with knowing what that looks like. Help my eyes to see and my heart to be sensitive to those who need You most. Give me courage to speak and help those who are marginalized.

FRIDAY: Empowering the Marginalized
Reading: Amos 5:24
Prayer: Lord, let our church and my life be a river of justice for all who are oppressed. Help me know how to advocate for the poor, the foreigner, the widows and the orphans. I love You, Lord

SATURDAY: Empowering the Marginalized
Reading: Matthew 25:35-40
Prayer: Lord, it is such a great reminder that true love is expressed when we take care of those who can not offer anything in return. Help me to serve others with the same care as if I were serving You. Give me courage to love the way You love.
