Ladies Only Community Group

We have a new Ladies only Community Group that will begin meeting the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month during our 11:15 a.m. service. They will meet in our Community Group Room downstairs beginning March 13th. If you are interested in joining the ladies, please email Leslie@hittheriver.com as soon as possible.

Spring Dinner for 6

There will be a Spring Dinner for 6 round! For those of you who want to continue on with the dinner for 6 and for anyone who hasn’t gotten to be a part of this event yet, you can still get involved this spring! More details coming soon!

Cultivating Prayer

Many studies have proven that family relationships greatly impact people throughout their life, especially the relationships formed during early childhood. Family relationships can greatly affect children and shape who they become as adults especially in the areas of physical health, mental health, and emotional health. Ask God to show you how you have been affected by your family relationships and pray for any healing needed.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Annual Business Meeting

The River Church’s annual business meeting is today at 3:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend and hear how the financial resources God has given were used in 2021. Members will be voting to approve the 2022 budget as well.

Family Movie Night

The whole family is invited to our upcoming RiverBank Kids Family Movie Night! Join us on February 18 for a showing of Pixar's "Up", complete with movie snacks and themed activities. River Youth 2022 Summer Mission Trip

The River Youth group is heading to Virginia Beach for a mission trip in the summer of 2022. While there, we will be partnering with local ministries to show the love of Christ to the local people of Norfolk, Chesapeake Bay and Virginia Beach. This is through the organization Lead222 and is being described as a Servant Leader Experience complete with leadership training and worship services.

Make sure that you join us! This is going to be a phenomenal trip. Deadline to sign up is TODAY, February 6th and it is just a $50 deposit. If you have any questions, please contact Zach at zach@HitTheRiver.com.
