DROP EVERYTHING. GO FOLLOW JESUS.

Luke's gospel has a very specific purpose:
Jesus is the Messiah/Savior/King.
He is changing everything by bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth.
His salvation is for everyone (by faith in Him).

JESUS heals all sorts of people. But that's not even the miracle.

It's easier to SAY "your sins are forgiven" than "get up and walk".
The visible miracle is a bigger claim, because you can tell immediately if it worked or not.

But the healing of his legs isn't the point.

"I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins. . . . I tell you, get up, take your mat, and go home."

It's easier and less important to heal his body than to heal his soul for eternity.

JESUS IS THE SAVIOR KING, AND HE IS CALLING YOU TO DROP EVERYTHING AND FOLLOW HIM.

Are you willing to follow him -- and place your faith & trust in Him -- even if you don't see the smaller miracle here and now?
