GOD INVITES ME TO BE HIS AGENT TO INFLUENCE OTHERS TOWARD A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM.


God Invites Me to Become Involved With Him in His Work.

“I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18 - 20


HOW DO I USE MY INFLUENCE TO JOIN GOD IN HIS WORK?

I WATCH WHERE GOD IS WORKING AROUND ME

“My Father is always working, and so am I … I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself. He does only what he sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does, the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him everything he is doing.” John 5:17, 19 - 20a


I ALLOW GOD TO USE MY UNIQUE GIFTS FOR HIS WORK

“God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.”
1 Peter 4:10

“Do not neglect the spiritual gift that is in you.”
1 Timothy 4:14a

“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” Acts 2:46 - 47

I GIVE MY RESOURCES FOR GOD’S MISSION

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere – in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8

“Remember this – a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. ‘For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.’ And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.” 2 Corinthians 9:6 - 8


I OBEY GOD’S INVITATION

“Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them.” John 14:21
