Just a reminder…

Renewal is defined as resuming an activity or state after an interruption;

Extending the validity of something;

Or repairing or updating something in disrepair

We are called to BE before we are ever called to DO—The first call any of us hear is Follow Me.

Looking at our definition of renewal--

Is it time for you to resume following Jesus,

Extend following Jesus,

Or repair following Jesus?

As King put it, Jesus “reordered priorities,” and told his disciples to “Keep feeling the need for being first. But I want you to be first in love”

“Recognize that she or he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. That's a new definition of greatness. By giving that definition of greatness, it means that everybody can be great, because everybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace, a soul generated by love. And you can be that servant.”

We are all needed--for our giftings work together for the good of the whole

God will equip us--all we have to do is say yes.
