As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. Proverbs 27:17

Too many men walk alone. The purpose of iron men is to bring men together around God’s Word and call to develop healthy relationships and to grow as disciples of Jesus and as spiritual leaders at home, work, and among friends.

Iron Men from Home will be gathered into groups of 4-5 men who will meet in video chats any time over the course of the week to connect with each other, study the Bible, apply it to their lives, and pray for each other.

The Lent Bible Study begins on Wednesday, March 9, 6:30-7:30 p.m. We will meet in-person in Room 302 as well as virtually by Zoom call. Join us for a deeper look at the daily devotional resource “Witnesses to Christ” put out by Concordia Publishing House.

Be a witness to Christ this Lent, from Ash Wednesday through beautiful Easter morning. Journey through John’s Gospel as he paints a stunning portrait of Jesus, who is the bread of life, your glorious savior. John wrote his Gospel for you “so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.” (John 20:31). Life! Through this season of Lent, you too will see how believing in the resurrection brings you life – abundant life, forgiven life, and eternal life. That’s God’s gift to his children!

REGISTER NOW on the Events Page of the website or in the Commons. Either way, make sure to pick up your resource at the Adult Discipleship desk and begin your devotions on Ash Wednesday for our time together on March 9.
