At Gospel Community Church we want to know the Bible and share life with others, bringing hope to Fayetteville and the world.

1) If you’re not plugged into a group, you are not in the direct line of care the church has to offer.
2) Our hope is that this structure will be scalable.
3) The elders don’t ignore the members who are not in the groups under them, but we do share the responsibility to shepherd.

What are the goals for the next 1-3 months?
1) Launch the “Theology For The Church” website.
2) Fifty (50) cards on our change round-up fundraiser.
3) Have a ten-year celebration.
4) One to two men working on the elder application.
5) Complete our new members’ class and add new members.
6) Launch two new sermon series.

What are the goals for the next 12 to 18 months?
1) Grow the Lead Deacon Board (6 deacons in process).
2) One to two men in the candidate phase for eldership.
3) Identify and train Torch leader.
4) Add 2-4 more Community Groups.
5) Support church planting locally, nationally, and globally.
6) Plan and execute 4 major fundraiser events with expectations of raising $5,000-10,000 at each event.
