Reading: 1 Peter 4:7-11
Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your Church and the gifts You have given to me. My heart is filled with gratitude as I consider how You have given the Church everything needed to thrive. Help me to use my gifts to serve others and bring glory to You! I love You, Jesus!

TUESDAY: Thankful Generosity – Talents
Reading: Romans 12:6-8
Prayer: Lord, I give You thanks for giving me the desires and passions and the ability to serve You uniquely. Help me to identify and celebrate the gifts in others that together, with gratitude, we can serve generously for Your glory. Forgive me when I've envied others gifts and neglected my own. I love You, Lord!

Prayer: Lord, I give You thanks for giving me the desires and passions and the ability to serve You uniquely. WEDNESDAY: Thankful Generosity – Talents
Reading: 1 Corinthians 12:4-11
Prayer: Lord, I am humbled and grateful that You are the giver of gifts, and that You have entrusted me to operate in those giftings. Forgive me for times when I've failed to recognize the origin of my gifts, and I ask You to keep my heart close to Yours as I daily endeavor to use my talents for You. Give me a heart of generosity that enables me to flow freely in the gifts You have given.

Prayer: Dear Jesus, with a heart of gratitude and generosity, help me to put aside insecurities and envy and embrace the beautiful way in which You have joined the body of Christ together. As my gift may not be as visible or out front, help me to serve faithfully in the place You have given me. For moments when my gift is center stage, help me to have the character to honor all of those around me that serve and make my gifting possible. I love You and desire to walk in thankfulness and generosity.

Prayer: Lord, my desire is to become mature in You, and I know that maturity is closely linked with my capacity to be grateful and generous on all occasions. Thank You for giving the Church all of the gifts needed to accomplish Your will and a major part of that will is simply operating in the giftings You have prescribed for me. Give me strength to walk in that reality.

Your desire is for me to operate in my giftings while being driven by love for others, just as You were. Help me love generously above all. Fill me with gratitude so that it overflows in generosity and completely seasoned with love. Help me to walk the way You walked and live the way You lived. In Jesus' name, Amen!
