1. Read Titus 3:2 out loud as a group. Can you remember a recent time where you participated in quarreling, spoke poorly of someone, or did not show courtesy?

2. Titus 3:4-5 is clear about the character of God and what he has accomplished. According to verse 5, how did God save us?

3. With our new, redeemed identity in Christ, God is calling us to respect others who have not yet been redeemed. Consider someone that is really hard for you to respect in this vein. You don’t need to name them, but spend a minute as a group praying for them.

4. What is the difference between respecting authority and abiding? According to Romans 13:3-4, what is the limit for the Christian in abiding?

5. If we are called to freely administer respect, what is one area or person you need help, prayer, or accountability to respect?
