In Ephesians, Paul uses the word 'mystery' 6 times. The word 'mystery' in the Bible refers to a mystery made known, it is an 'open secret'. The 'open secret' that is now revealed is that the gospel is the way for people to be reconciled.
We help people discover Christ in two ways:
1. We manage the mystery of Christ.
2. We speak into the mystery of people's lives.
