ONE | In the podcast, integrity was defined as (a) the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, (b) being whole or undivided, and (c) someone who has built trust with consistency. Basically, someone you want to become like. Is there anyone in your life that you believe has shown integrity? If so, give us an example of why.
TWO | Influence is built on trust, and trust is earned through consistency. If real integrity is constant, then what could be some seemingly small areas of life where it has been easy to lose your integrity? (Ex. pushing shopping carts back, losing your cool, using someone’s password, etc.)
THREE | Do you think you have integrity? If you don’t, what is something you’re going to do to begin to build your integrity? (Ex. Make a phone call to make amends, change a behavior, start being early for work, etc).
