For context, James 1:19 reminds us that the formula for good communication in a REALationship is this...Everybody should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry...

1. Are you quick to listen? On a scale of 1-5, rate your listening with 1 being “I only really listen to respond” and 5 being “I seek to understand before being understood.”
2. How can you be more intentional about getting in with both ears? Where should you schedule your undivided attention this week?
3. What are some ways that you can be more intentional about elevating your listening to learning?
4. What areas in your REALationship do you need to stop seeking a win for yourself and start seeking the win-win?
