1) The Church Age. (Revelation 1-3)

2) The Rapture of the Church.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 - “For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words.”

“CAUGHT UP = GREEK = “harpazo” = (har-pad’-zo) – “Snatch away.”
LATIN = “Rapio” where we get … “rapture”

3) The Tribulation. (Rev. 4-19)

Overview of the Tribulation Period
Chapters 4-5 = a scene around God’s throne
- 24 Elders (Most believe this represents the church)
- 12 tribes // 12 disciples = Representation of the OT & NT

Chapter 6-16 = 3 separate judgments
7 Judgments called = SEAL (Rev. 6-8:5)
7 Judgments called = TRUMPET (Rev. 8-11)
7 Judgments called = BOWL (Rev 16)

7 SEAL JUDGMENTS -
1 John 4:2-3 - This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

Rev 6:2 - “I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

The White Horse – Disruption and Deception

Rev 6:4 – “Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. To him was given a large sword.”

The Red Horse – Fear and Violence

Rev 6:5-6 – “I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6 Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages …”


The Black Horse – Economic collapse

Rev 6:8 - “I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.”


The Pale Horse – Disease and Death

7 TRUMPET JUDGEMENTS

Daniel 9:27 - “This king (the antichrist) will make a seven-year treaty with the people, but after half that time, he will break his pledge and stop the Jews from all their sacrifices and their offerings; then, as a climax to all his terrible deeds, the Enemy shall utterly defile the sanctuary of God. But in Godʼs time and plan, his judgment will be poured out upon this Evil One.” (TLB)


Revelation 13:15-17 – “He caused all who refused to worship the image to be killed. 16 He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.”

7 BOWL JUDGEMENTS

Revelation 16:9-11 – “… but they refused to repent and glorify Him … Men gnawed their tongues in agony and cursed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.”

Revelation 19:19-20 - “Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.”

4) The Second Coming of Christ. (Rev. 19:6)
- Battle of Armageddon.
- Satan is bound.
- 1000 Year reign (Millennium Reign) (Rev. 20:1)
- Satan loosed (Rev. 20:7)

5) The Great White Throne Judgment. (Rev. 20:11-15)
- Unbelievers judged and thrown to Lake of Fire.
- Satan thrown in the Lake of Fire
