Introduction
As I was praying for Linked UP Church and not just Linked UP Church but I believe I heard the Lord speak to me very clearly this: there’s a wave coming of my spirit “A New Thing” with not just the miracles of God are going to manifest but the people of God are going to rise to higher heights, in marketplace, businesses, education systems, are going to raise up, but my people are going to have to ride the wave of change and not fight it.
Isaiah 43:18-19 NKJV
Why do we fight change and the new things that God might be doing?
• Most people that make a decision big or small make their decision based on their current feeling, benefits/consequences, and knowledge.
• That decision is now empowered to act and that action has a consequence.
• How has your choices formed your effectiveness spiritually, mentally, and physically?
1. We have to lose the desire to automatically fight something new
Why do we fight change:
• Because we just don’t like things to change
• When it take us out of our normal
• When we have to trust God more
• When we don’t know what it will be like
2. You can’t grab what’s in front of you if you are also holding on to what’s behind you.

3. When you choose to RIDE IT you get to watch Him work.
• BEHOLD here means to “watch me work” I will do a new thing
4. When you RIDE it with the new He makes a way and it becomes plain.
• The word way here means: manner or course of life
• “He will make a road” He is giving you a manner or course of life In the wilderness
• The wilderness is a word that means uninhabited land or the unknown
• He is giving you a manner or course in the midst of being somewhere that seems to have no way out no path or that nothings changing.

• The devil wants you to waste this new thing coming to you and wants to get you to FIGHT IT and to complain about it so that you can disqualify yourself from it.
• “And Rivers” He is giving you a Flow or beaming light in the place that is a ruin, or wasteland of dry desert.

5. Don’t try to hold on to tradition and old ways of thinking that help you Become more comfortable in this season and keep you from the next one.
