A Radical Mind Shift - Phil Kendon
The story of Peter entering the house of Cornelius is a watershed moment in the history of the church. It is a radical mind shift from the separation between Jews and Gentiles that had dominated Peter’s thinking his whole life. We can all be a little hard of hearing sometimes when God is wanting to show us something new. However, God never gives up. He keeps speaking and revealing himself to us until we grasp what he is saying. But changing our mind is not enough. That mind shift has to permeate through our lives until we are living in the light of what God has said – a radical mind shift that results in a radical life.
