We like instant gratification

At times, we pray big prayers of request and hear… Nothing.

We must learn to align ourselves with HIS Why while we wait

Prayer is not meant to bend the will of God to our desires.

Prayer is meant to change our desires to match God's.

1. Remind yourself of who is really in charge
Job 42:2; Psalm 115:3; Proverbs 19:21

God is sovereign, which means there is nothing outside of His jurisdiction.

2. Find the places where your desires do not match His plans

3. Begin to change your prayers to mirror God's will
