difference between belief and faith

belief says: it is going to rain
faith says: let's build a boat

belief says: I am dead to sin and resurrected in Christ!
Faith says: Let me be baptized!

Belief says: I am free from sin!
Faith says: Let me share my freedom in the Righteousness of Christ with those who are yet enslaved to sin; under the law.
