1. In a relationship with God by faith in Jesus.
2. Loving others.
3. Living on mission.

Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm (Proverbs 13:27)
Do not be misled. Bad company corrupts good character. (1 Cor. 15:33)

Being ready is about finding and taking the next step of obedience.

Finding and taking our next steps depends on having a missional community.
Missional community is a small group of people who gather regularly to spur each other to take their next step.
Becoming like Jesus and joining him on mission happens best up close and over time.
Small groups are all about building relationships that help us take our next step.
You need to be part of a small group.
1. What relationships have I drifted into? What kind of character are they creating?
2. Do I have a group that’s helping me take my next steps of becoming like Jesus and joining him on mission?
