Are you tired?

When we are tired, it impacts our health (physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally)

Sabbath: Given to us by God so that we rest and get refreshed

REST

The sabbath is a gift made for us to draw us closer to God. Mark 2:27

Jesus is our sabbath rest (Hebrews)

What is rest for you? What is “not working” for you?

Rest teaches us to have faith and trust in God

We won’t have margin until we rest

With rest comes margin. With margin comes freedom and choice

Margin enables us to see

RENEW A RIGHT SPIRIT IN ME

Only God can satisfy

Repent of sin and then times of refreshing (renewal) comes (Acts 3:19, 20)

RESTORE THE JOY OF MY SALVATION

RESTORE: Bring something old back to life. Bring something worn out back to new condition

Rest. Trust. Confess. Seek. THEN God renews and restores.
