We’re called to make disciples, who are capable of making disciples, who are capable of making disciples.

Chair three is occupied by followers of Jesus who are ready and willing to do the work of the ministry.

To be a fisher of men requires that you help people make progress along the disciple-making process.

Serving in church or in the community is the expectation for every believer, whether they are new to the faith or not.

The majority of those moving from chair two to chair three are AFTER more—they are available, faithful, teachable, enthusiastic about the things of God, and responsive to leadership.

Our role is to equip the worker, to train them so they can be an effective worker in the harvest field.
