How has God loved?

How has God loved?

In every generation, God's people face the question: When push comes to shove, will we hold fast to God's truth or choose compromise? Malachi wrote to a generation whose compromise resulted in broken marriages, corrupt worship, and financial abuses. What about us? What does his message tell us about how to remain committed to God when we're tempted to compromise?

Next Week's Sermon

The word "worship" can be casually thrown around as we talk about worshiping God. Perhaps we think about singing or praying to God (and that's part), but worship is so much more. And how is the quality of the worship/offering we bring to God? Do we ever engage him in a distracted, dispassionate manner? And when we realize we do, how should we respond?
