We are honoring the guidance provided by local, regional, and national authorities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, we are allowed to gather in person inside our Worship Center. We do so at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings. We also live are streaming that service on Facebook and YouTube (Find links below.) While we are physically distant, we are socially and spiritually connecting through the technological platforms available to us!
Welcome to Northpoint! We are so glad you have chosen to worship with us today.

Stay Connected with the Northpoint Family. We all ache to gather again. Being separated is tough, but during stressful times, it is even harder not to have face to face fellowship and the strength that comes from physically being together. Even so, we can still connect with each other. One way is to fill out the new confidential NP Care Card (See link below.). Once submitted, the card will be reviewed by the Northpoint Care Team. If you so indicate on the card, someone from the team will contact you.

Loving One Another: Confessing Sins, Praying, and Bearing Burdens
James 5:16; Galatians 6:2
Woody Armstrong, Northpoint Elder

Overview: To be a real church, to be a powerful church of the Lord, we must first and foremost recognize our brokenness. Then, as His church, we must model for the world owning our brokenness (confession), for it is then and only then we can model the marvelous redemptive power and work of Jesus in our lives.
01. Loving one another means being real with one another.
02. Being real brings about real working intercessory prayer of the righteous.
03. Only when we are real with each other can we bear each other’s burden and so glorify the Lord.
QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION & DISCOVERY
1. Is being confessional—open, real—with others easy or difficult for you? And why is it so easy or difficult?
QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION & DISCOVERY
2. In your opinion, what are the obstacles that prevent our being confessional? What do you think it would take to deal with those obstacles?
QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION & DISCOVERY
3. How do you view your prayers? In your view, do they “work”? Put another way, how do you gauge the “effectiveness” of your prayers?
QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION & DISCOVERY
4. Do you have relationships with others at Northpoint that you can share your burden or burdens with? If not, why not? Do you truly want others to help you with your burdens? Do you truly want to help others with their burdens?
