Legacy is what you leave when you leave. It's what people remember when you are gone.
What would it be like if we lived with the idea of building a legacy life?
1. Legacy begins with a BURDEN.
• If you are your only burden then you will never leave a life of legacy.
• If you are your only burden then you will never leave a life of legacy.
2. Legacy requires a plan to BUILD.
• You begin to build around what you are burdened about.
If we don't live by DESIGN we will live by DEFAULT.
You plan for the change you want.
To build a legacy life you have to plan for the life you want to live and the life you want to leave.
Our lives are impacting those around us day by day, choice by choice.
Joshua 24:15 -Choose this day who you serve as for me and my house we will serve the Lord!
You don't just leave a legacy... you live a legacy!
Your life is building a legacy by who you invest in, how you live, and the people you help.
How do you intentionally build a legacy life?
• Build a life of PRAYER and STUDY of scripture.
- it's the foundations of relationship with Jesus. Wisdom. Direction. How you hear God.
• Build a life of CHARACTER.
• Building a life of character means being consistent in behavior under every circumstances... even in unguarded moments. When no one is watching
- If you life a life of integrity in the dark, God will give you a legacy in the light.
• Build a life of REMEMBRANCE
- Teach others to have faith for the future of God's goodness in the past.
• You begin to build around what you are burdened about.

Anytime you start doing something great for God - the enemy will try to distract you. In Chapter 6 Sanballot would try to distract him by trying to meet with him.
"I am doing a great work... and I cannot come down."
You can't change the past... but start today and change the future.
