ThornCreek Church
Soul Worship | The People's Hallelujah
Want to write a song? During the summer months, ThornCreek will be writing our own worship songs! Most songs are written by a small group. However, we are inviting the entire church to submit entries. We hope to be singing these songs in our worship services! During this series we will also be looking at the Book of Psalms. We'll be looking at the backstory behind 13 very popular psalms. If you have ever wondered if God hears your prayers, struggled with anxiety, or if you have ever felt like trouble surrounds you...don't miss church! It's going to be great! Invite a friend and see what God does. It's The People's Hallelujah!

ThornCreek Kids Ministry strives to walk alongside and equip parents to be spiritual leaders in their children’s lives. Our hope and prayer is that with a strong faith foundation, kids will make the decision to continue growing as Christians, and become Christ-like disciples.

Our age-level classes allow us to reach children at their developmental level, so that by God’s grace they will be able to comprehend to the best of their ability, the topics we are covering in church!

All Ministry Partners (over the age of 18) have passed background checks, and all Bridge Team members (6th-12th graders) are supervised by adults.

Nothing in this world will give you greater pleasure than knowing God intimately.
The happiest people are right with God.
If you want to be happy, you have to become picky about who you walk with, stand with, and sit with.
"The righteous person and the ungodly person are different in how they think, how they behave, and to whom they belong."
- David Guzik
The righteous person knows the devil works with inches not miles. One degree off course can become 180 degrees with enough time.
Blessed people do not get righteous advice from unrighteous people.
The righteous person finds joy in hearing God's voice.
"If you know how to worry you know how to meditate; it’s the same basic process of mulling something over in your mind."
- John Ortberg
"Meditation is taking the truths of the bible and pressing it down to the very base of your heart until it catches fire."
- Tim Keller
"The most important part of your life is your "root system."
- Warren Wiersbe
Righteous people are intimately connected to Jesus.
