1. Re-read Philippians 2:17-18. Discuss what Paul could mean by saying that he is a "drink offering".
2. Do you ever overestimate what people need from you? How have you seen that play out in your life?
3. Oswald Chambers said that "The mainspring of Paul's service is not love for men, but love for Jesus Christ." Discuss what he means.
4. In your relationships with the people around you, how have you seen your own expectations lead to resentments?
5. Do you ever feel like you can't "pour out" or serve any longer? How does living in a posture of constantly responding to the Gospel make a life of service more sustainable?
