This interruption was an enormous opportunity for the disciples to learn from Jesus, to be more formed into his likeness, and to engage with unbelievers for the sake of the kingdom.
Ask These Two Questions:
1) How might God be using this to form me into the image of Jesus?
2) How might God want to use me in this situation for His glory?
