MEET ME AT THE TRAIL: THE ABNORMAL INTRUDER Luke 7:36-50
Have you ever experienced a social gathering where someone did something so abnormal that it felt like an intrusion? Well that is our sermon this week. A normal social gathering between Jesus and a Pharisee is halted by an abnormal intruder. In the eyes of all watching, everything about this intruder, and especially her actions at this dinner are unacceptable. But Jesus isn't the normal savior anyone expected, and what everyone thought to be an intrusion during a delightful dinner conversation, Jesus says is a rightful act of worship to Him.
