The Way – The Map
John 14:1-6
But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

We believe . . .
…Jesus Christ is the only Son of God, who died for our sins and rose from the dead, “the Way, the Truth, and the Life” and “no one can come to the Father except through” him (I Corinthians 15:1-8, John 14:6, Acts 4:10-12).
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
John 3:17

My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?

Can Jesus get us home?
Jesus is the Way.
Jesus is the only Savior from the slavery of sin and death.

Benediction
This is the scandal of the Gospel; that in Christ, God entered the world and your life to restore you to communion with your Creator, the giver of life. That’s who Jesus Christ is - the incarnation of a grace who has come to find you, to save you, to free you for receiving life as the unfolding mystery that God is making right in Jesus, the One and Only Way, and to bring you back to the Father so you can live again. AMEN.
