• Without the Resurrection, Jesus’ death would have been merely symbolic -- another martyr dying for a cause He couldn’t sustain.

• The Resurrection of Jesus verified the forgiveness that His cross secured.

• The Resurrection verified that the price for sin was paid in full!

• The Resurrection of Jesus verified that there is hope beyond our circumstances!

4. Discuss the role of the resurrection in the activity of sharing our faith.

5. How is the hope of the resurrection active in our lives today?
