What To Expect:

We're currently in Phase 3 of WestWay's "re-gathering" plan. Our Nursery, Wee-Ones (toddlers), and Noah's Park (pre-k & kindergarten), and elementary age (grades 1-5) areas are open on Sunday mornings. Small groups and Sunday school for adults have begun to meet again. Learn more below.

Summary:

God's word to Abram (Genesis 12:1-3) has been fulfilled and His people begin to settle in the Promised Land. Like the generations before them, they're given a choice: serve the LORD or serve themselves. God is ever faithful; the people are ever-faithless. 1- Read Genesis 15; marvel at the way God predicts the bondage in Egypt. Why do you think God told this to Abraham?

2- Compare and contrast Moses' final speech in Deuteronomy 30 and Joshua's covenant renewal ceremony in Joshua 23 & 24.

3- Read Judges 2. How well did the people keep their promise from Joshua 23?

4- Judges 2:10 is a powerful word of condemnation. How are YOU actively working in your home and/or at WestWay to ensure the next generation both acknowledges the LORD and remembers the mighty thins he has done for them? Be specific. If you're not taking an active role in this, why not? What needs to change?
