God is not mentioned in the book of Esther… but that doesn’t mean he’s not there, moving behind the scenes. Sometimes, it’s hard to see where God is in our current circumstance, especially when things are uncertain. It can be easy to doubt that God could work in us, or our situation. We don’t always understand the ways God works, but Esther shows us that even when we can’t see it, we have a God who is working “Behind the Scenes.”
