What is a bad habit in your life that is dragging you down?

We often can summarize a series of bad habits into a single statement:
* they struggled to eat healthy and died of a heart attack at a young age.
* they partied every weekend and lost their family due to their addiction.

Examples in scripture with such statements can be seen with: Lot, Samson, and David.
