Our mission is simple: we want to proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord. We're growing in three ways: our unity, our purpose and our love. This happens because of the power of the Holy Spirit. God is glorified. Lives are changed. People grow in their relationships with God and with others. We're glad you're here!

What To Expect:

We're currently in Phase 3 of WestWay's "re-gathering" plan. This means we are phasing in areas of ministry. Our Nursery and Wee-Ones area is open on Sunday, and we are slowly re-gathering older age groups on Sundays as 2020 continues. Small groups and Sunday school have begun to meet again. Summary:
The Body of Christ at WestWay is marked by lots of things, our unity, our giving, and our love. We are a generous church and one way we demonstrate this it through the giving of support to our missions.

According to 2 Corinthians 2:4 & 7:8-9, a previous letter from Paul had the desired affect: the church has repented to their sin of disunity and are now ready to continue their discipleship. The new benchmark is their generosity, and because a united church is a giving church.

Q3: The church in Macedonia was able to be filled with abundant joy amidst their troubles and poverty. Why do you think this was, and what lesson can you learn from this?

About this series
Expand
Each January, we spend time talking about who we are as a body of Christ. some of these things set us apart from other churches in the area- like the way we celebrate Communion weekly- and others center us firmly with Christian tradition- like giving and the way we are called to love others.

This year, we've simply named this series "We Are..." Join us!
