Isaiah was a prophet who spoke the words of God boldly to a people who thought that following after God was all about rules and behaviors. Isaiah spoke in a time when the nation of God’s people thought only about themselves and how favor with God could only be accomplished with piety and strict adherence to an impossible Law. To this people - and to us today - Isaiah challenges us with these words …

God's ways are not merely different from ours, they are HIGHER!

There is no intellect that can out-dual God.
There is president or dictator who can out maneuver our God.
There is no virus he doesn’t direct.
There is no conflict or war he cannot end.
