700 years before it happened, the world was notified through the prophet Isaiah that Jesus the Messiah would be born into this world. On the first Christmas Day, in the town of Bethlehem, Jesus’ birth was an (un)EXPECTED event in the life of Mary and Joseph that forever changed their lives. This Christmas, we will look at how Jesus’ (un)EXPECTED arrival to earth should have been expected and celebrated. We will be encouraged to live with hope and expectation that Jesus is the only way to find eternal life and is the only one who can help us through this life, which is filled with unexpected circumstances.
