In this passage of God’s Word we see a man named Haman that has invested his life into some very sinful things. By taking a look at him in this story we too can have a warning against investing into the wrong things, and an encouragement to continually and intentionally invest into God’s Kingdom over our own.
When you invest into the wrong things:
1. You’re terrified of the truth
Esth. 7:1-6, Matt. 6:19-21, 1 Cor. 4:5, Luke 8:17, 12:3, Mark 4:22
2. You do increasingly sinful things
Esth. 7:7-8, 2 Tim. 3:13, Rom. 1:28-32, 2 Pet. 2:13
3. The things you’ve invested into eventually become your demise
Esth. 6:12, Rom. 12:10, 1 Pet. 2:17-19
